Lord Shreekrishna: A thought

Lord Shreekrishna: A thought

Dr. Chandrhas Sonpethkar
Bhagwan Shreekrishna is not only our Bhagwan to worship but the thought also to follow. Each and every incident in his life teaches us number of things.
His birth have something special. His birth place was the prison which indicates boundaries or limitations. After his birth, he made escape of his parents from the prison. It is the symbol of Jeevanmukti. He is termed as Purushottam in our culture. Bhagwan Shri Ramchandra also termed as Maryada Purushottam. But lord Shreekrishna always emphasis ultimate outcome or result. According to him, A person should be hardworking in favor of his or her aim. We should not give extra importance for tools than the result. Our result should be in favor of public welfare. He restricted gopis to go to Mathura and give them butter milk, butter etc. It shows that he was not for to provide service for people supporting Kansa who was the symbol of Adharma. He did not see who was relative or not. He did Kansawadha. He preferred the protection of the truth or Dharma than anything. It was the supreme aim of his appearing to earth. It teaches us to focus on our aims.
He was not just a empire. He was an artist also. We all of know his art of flute. It teaches us to have a place for the art in our life. He had affection for all. Friend like Arjuna, Sudama were the most important part of his life. It teaches us the significance of friendship in our life. He showed his skill of organization at many incidents like Govardhan Prasanga etc. His leadership was understood at the time of Kaliya Mardan. Dahi handi teaches us to organize or to gather for same aim. Shreekrishna is Dharmik as well as Nationalist also. He emphasis sahabhojan termed as kala.
A lot of time he guided and helped pandawas more in favor of Dharma (e.g. Jarasandh wadh prasang etc.) He tried to solve issues between Pandawas and Kauravas through discussion first. It shows his attachment for peace. He is the symbol of woman empowerment. He is the symbol of woman protection.
He was not only brave but a great philosopher and counselor or mentor also. His personality is versatile. Because of his guidance and counseling, the War could be resulted at it was. He is the symbol of forgiveness as he forgave Shishupal for 100 times. But after it he punished Shishupala. It teaches us balance between to forgive and to punish. He is the symbol of balanced behavior also.
He was a great son, great Father, lovingly husband, devoted disciple and devoted friend. He was the disciple of  the sage Sandipani. He served them. He was a great Brother. He protected Draupadi and helped Subhadra. It teaches us our duties.
After Kansavadha, He could become a king of Mathura but he didn't. It teaches us the principle of Natural Justice and sacrifice. Though he was committed not to take any kind of Shastra in his hand, he did it to fulfill Shri Bhishmacharya's wish.
He is spiritual as well as social, political thinker also. He told us as well as he had put an ideal before us how to work in favor of national interests.
So when I say always Jay Shreekrishna in my conclusion, It expresses my Pranam to him as his lordship and his leadership also. He is a thought for me. A thought which gives me a new energy for not only surviving but trying my best also. Jay Shreekrishna!

(If you find correctness it is the part of My Shreeguru's contribution. If you find errors, it is the part of my own limitations. You should forgive me. JAY SHREEKRISHNA!)
